Wonderful staff, nurses, dentists and admin/ reception. Great atmosphere. Not to mention take time to make plan and can pay monthly meaning you can afford the treatment you need or want. Pain free wow using a wand and not jag to numb you don't know how it works but it does. No scratching on the gums. Not to mention I have had no pain after root canal or major fillings. This place I would recommend to all!!

Andy and the team were absolutely fantastic. First there was Amber who gave me all the details of the Invisalign treatment versus traditional treatment and really took the time to go through everything with me, then had a follow up with Andy to assess suitability. Everyone at Dentistry on the Square are so lovely and in no way pushy re treatments. I was worried about having fibromyalgia and how painful the treatment might be, but experienced no pain or discomfort at all and they were super gently when doing any treatments. My treatment was v quick and I'm delighted with the result! Wish I would have done this years ago!!

Couldn’t recommend them enough! I had traditional braces when i was growing up and the thought of going back through something similar always put me off despite not being happy with my teeth for a long time. I’m now so glad I took the plunge at Dentistry on the Square and would really encourage anyone in a similar position to do the same. I’ve come to the end of my Invisalign treatment and am delighted with the results. I feel like I can actually smile in pictures now. Andy has been excellent throughout and made the whole process so much easier and stress free. All of the staff have been lovely every time i’ve been in, couldn’t fault them at all.

From the outset, Dr. Alison has been totally understanding of my goals, to get a perfect wedding smile, and has constantly stayed in touch throughout the entire process to give me the confidence that we are on track.Nothing is ever too much trouble, and if I ever have any issues or concerns with any of the trays then I know she is always at the other end of a message and happy to help.I had 14 trays over 14 weeks for my treatment plan, and after the first 3 or 4 days I barely noticed that they were in!I would highly recommend the Invisalign treatment plan to anybody interested, and also the fantastic Dr. Alison.Thanks again for all your help 😊

Where to even start, genuinely cannot thank everyone from the receptionists, assistants to both Jamie’s and what they’ve done for me. As someone who’s been terrified of the dentist from as far back as I can remember. Made me feel at ease from the minute I walked through the door and didn’t feel a thing even after a 3 hour procedure. Just finished my teeth transformation at dentistry on the square with Daryl. I couldn’t recommend Daryl enough, he is so welcoming and absolutely outstanding at his profession and a total perfectionist at making my teeth perfect and so natural.I had Invisalign to straighten my teeth and finished off with composite bonding. I am over the moon with the results which has transformed my smile and gave me so much confidence to smile now!The whole experience from walking through the door to be greeted by the lovely girls on reception, my hygiene visits with Amy and Sophie and Daryl’s work, has been 5 star and I wouldn’t go anywhere else now to look after my teeth! I can’t recommend Dentistry on the Square highly enough. The team including Daryl and Amy are always extremely friendly and polite, had Invisalign a couple of years ago and since then have returned for both check ups and polish, all treatments are performed exceptionally well. I would not recommend this practice. From repeated small mistakes such as the practice manager spelling my name wrong in emails to major issues such as being given retainers that caused my mouth to bleed so much whereby I had to get a prescription from Boots to numb the pain. Truly disappointing as I had heard good things prior to joining this practice.

My visit to DOTS was a truly great experience from my initial consultation through to my final treatment the staff and Jamie my consultant explained thoroughly the course of action I required over the following few months. As a nervous patient I can honestly say I was completely relaxed watched a few movies listened to some music and indeed the whole procedure was pain free from beginning to end. I now can smile better feel less self conscious and would recommend DOTS to everyone who is thinking of improving that smile go for it they are brilliant.

I have just completed my Invisalign plan with Andy from Denistry on the square and I am very happy with the change 😃 I am now starting my whitening so not quite finished but the difference is amazing, I will now feel confident and not self conscious when smiling.From the beginning the staff have been extremely informative and professional. Andy mapped out my treatment (always stating that timings can still vary), I have been lucky that all has gone to plan and I haven’t required any further retainers. I had 15 aligners in total, my teeth we not massively out of shape. I am so happy with how little time it took. I had been looking into braces for years prior to starting treatment but kept putting it off but I know now I should have done this sooner! Thanks Andy and the team!

After loving my first experience of here and starting down the correct route.. out of the blue, I was told the other day I had missed two appointments in 2019 I think she said.. and short cancelled one in 2017!! I’ve not long had a baby and had no contact from the practice since 2019 which I get as we are in a pandemic but it looks like they’d rather new patients with more offering of big money at the start again than finish previous work, after being told they were too busy now to finish my treatment which wasn’t cheap for what I got.. I’m even in credit but told I would be refunded through bacs at the end of the month and I would not be getting further treatment. The practice manager needs a review, her customer service skills are pretty poor, a bit of a ned if I’m honest, it’s like she took great pleasure in telling me I wasn’t welcome, I asked when I had missed my appointments as I was shocked myself, she replied with the attitude like I was being a hindrance.. I’ve done nothing to deserve that type of treatment. I’ve had no run ins, no attitude, in fact I don’t think I’ve even called the practice at any point, I just made the appointment after each treatment received so to be told this has left me in the dark. If I missed appointments it was unintentional and I know it costs money which I was happy to pay but they’re not interested.

Avoid using this place. Paid upfront in full for treatment that was never received. Left me with a temporary filling and refusing to finish the treatment. When I tried to complain the manager of the practice told me I wasn’t welcome back any longer. It seems to me that they were happy to take a large amount of money but when it comes to smaller things or fixing problems they are not interested.

Just returned from my routine appointments with Sarah and Jamie. As a nurse I am extra aware of the possible COVID risks and I am happy to report that all staff are stringent in their hygiene and efforts to manage the potential spread. Highly highly recommend. I had some orthodontic and cosmetic treatment with Andy and he was great to work with and gave me the natural results I’m happy with. Then registered my daughter and I’m so glad I did. She needed two extractions as her baby teeth weren’t budging - I was dreading it! But Sophie and Chloe were absolutely amazing at putting her at ease. She barely felt a thing and had no pain or issues afterwards. This has really built her confidence in going to the dentist. Disappointing consultation in COVID times. I had a consultation for a detail implant and during the appointment the consultant asked to remove her face shield. I felt very uncomfortable and ultimately this led in both of us sitting maskless for about 30 minutes in a small room (I was asked to remove my mask for my teeth to be inspected). She was extremely nice and polite but this was a huge misjudgement in these times and this ultimately led to me leaving the practice feeling worried about exposure. I am nervous about having dental treatment and I had heard good things about the practice, but I do not feel that this was a good example of how hygiene is being handled in these times and have decided to seek both medical and cosmetic dentistry elsewhere.

Due to the work I was looking to have done I was researching and came across dentistry on the square.. one big thing is they thrive on there no pain stress free dentistry and I have to say for me that has been true fact .. I have never felt more comfortable in a dentist for years.. I’ve been seeing Andrew and he’s always been very detailed in everuthin which again makes you more settled.. so Thankyou DOTS for changing my dentist fear..

My teeth firstly are amazing I had composite done with jamie and love them all staff are so friendly and welcoming 10/10 would recomened. Very accommodating in everyway. I used to be at unease going to the dentist but totally relaxed here. The whitening kits are the best I’ve ever used as I’ve tried a few.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. I was very nervous about having significant work done in my 40s. I had been looking for a dentist and after a recommendation from a friend, I went to Dentistry on the square. I came in for a health check, cleaning and smile consultation and the process was superb. I usually hate having a cleaning and wind up in pain afterwards and loathe the process due to discomfort caused. This time round I didnt feel anything during or afterwards and the result was great. I saw Andy McIntyre and will say that I won't go anywhere else from now on. In fact I will look forward to it as they really do live up to their promise of pain free dentist. I had always wanted to have a dental makeover but had real anxiety about attending.I have just completed my treatment which included implants and I am absolutely delighted with the results.Throughout the process staff have been so supportive and understanding and both Jamie's are amazing at what they do. Fantastic Dentists, well worth the travel.from the initial phone call to book an appointment..receptionist, smile advisor, hygienist, dentist . Seen Andy today he’s very professional, explains everything thoroughly and certainly makes you feel at ease. Normally I’m an anxious patient . The best dentist ever!! I travel from Dundee to this dentist around 85 miles each way and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. Staff were amazing from the consultation all the way through to the end of treatment. Mark explained everything well and they really put you at ease. 5 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ I can not recommend Dentistry on the Square highly enough! I had been looking at braces treatments for months... I went in and spoke to Elaine who talked through all the available treatments, how each one works and the different payment options too. Elaine was extremely helpful and I never felt pressured into committing to any treatment. In the end I chose the high speed braces treatment. Daryl and his team were amazing during this process! He makes you feel extremely comfortable and relaxed at each appointment, talks through each step with you and answers any questions or queries you have. Daryl and the rest of the staff are brilliant and wonderfully friendly. I finished my treatment today and I could not be happier with the results... I have my perfect smile which I have dreamt of having for years!! Would highly recommend to anyone considering braces treatment... by far the best decision I’ve ever made! 😀

Just finished my treatment with Daryl at Dentistry on the Square and I couldn’t be happier with the result!! After damaging my front teeth as a child I was never happy with the way they were previously ‘fixed’. I chose to get bonding veneers on my front 2 teeth along with whitening and it is honestly the best decision I’ve made, I can’t stop smiling! I can’t thank Daryl and the team enough!! I hate to say I wouldn't recommend you, as much as you guys who work there are lovely & friendly, here is why, my dad had a top set only of dental implants at age 75 (i personally thought it would have been too much for him considering his age & health conditions, and did mention tgis at the time to yourselves) costing almost 17k. His face was a mess after getting the tracks in and he took a heart attack not long afterwards. He has had the dentures in now for just over one year and they have broke at least 8 times, broke today again.All this has cost him nothing but trouble.Think people thinking of having dental implants really need to consider the bigger picture and not just the nice smile.

New crown fitted as my old one was showing black line around gum. Now the new crown is grey looking with darker shade at the top and is very unsightly. Staff were nice and service was efficient but at the end of the day the result has been very very disappointing and I still feel self conscious smiling . The dentist offered to fit another one but at the same cost.

Been coming here for over 5 years now and love it. Used to see Mark as my Dentist and Amy as my Hygienist! Lately I’ve been moved to see Jamie as my Dentist and Sophie as my Hygienist without any consultation! They are both great but it seems to me that I’ve been relegated so that Mark and Amy can concentrate on private patients with more return on investment!It’s disappointing but both Jame and Sophie have been great to me! 👍🏻👍🏻

I found it very difficult to find,I called them explaining I would be late because of this. They were very friendly and welcoming. However it was a dissappointment to learn that in order for the finance company to accept you, you have to work 16and a half hours a week. This was impossible for me to do as I have many illnesses.So I think I will try Bulgaria as it is my only hope of getting the help I need affordably.
