Job title: Patient/Treatment Co-Ordinator
Due to expansion an exciting full time opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Patient/Treatment Co-Ordinator, within a friendly, busy, predominately private practice.
You will provide a patient concierge service for new patients from arranging their initial consultation to liaising closely with clinicians and support staff through their patient journey to the end of treatment.
You will be responsible for providing options and details of treatment as well as organising payment options. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing internal and external marketing and social media.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent verbal and written command of the English language
- Excellent telephone manner
- A positive attitude
- Outstanding communication and organisational skills.
- Smart presentation
- The ability to work independent and under pressure
- Vast experience with Microsoft Office
Remuneration package consists of basic salary and commission circa £30-£40K per annum
